About Us

After relocating to Montgomery County Fire Station #6 in 2005, Montgomery County 911 Dispatch has been serving the community by assisting citizens with both emergency and non-emergency services. We are also responsible for ensuring that Law Enforcement and Fire/EMS responders make it quickly and safely to all calls while providing support and pre-arrival instructions to callers. Often referred to as the "first first responders", Montgomery County's team of 911 Telecommunicators are passionate about our service to the community and upholding its values.
