Open Records Request

The form will be submitted to our Custodian of Records for retrieval. Please be as specific as possible when filling out the form and allow for up to 5 business days for completion.

Livestock Registry

Click here to complete the Livestock Registry form. Completing this form will allow Montgomery County 911 dispatch to directly contact livestock owners in the event that an animal gets loose. The ability for direct contact with owners not only expedites animal reunification but can help to prevent accidents involving lost animals such as collisions. Including descriptions of the animals owned as well as the address can help us identify the appropriate owner.

Keyholder Registry

Click here to complete the Keyholder registry form, filling out this form allows Montgomery County 911 dispatch to contact appropriate personnel in the event of an emergency. Having current keyholder information is relevant in gaining access or securing business after-hours in case of emergencies such as burglary alarms.

Gateway Area Development

Click Here For Addressing needs in Montgomery County. In 2019 Montgomery County Dispatch partnered with Gateway Area Development. Gateway Area Development manages new addressing assignments and maintains a mapping database that supports Montgomery County Dispatch's Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) System. Montgomery County Dispatch uses this CAD system daily for Emergency needs in Montgomery County.
